Bill Fairweather is the Head Instructor of the Montgomery County Maryland Ki Society. He is a Sandan (3^rd Level Black Belt) in Aikido, Assistant Lecturer, and Shoden in Ki. He has studied Ki Aikido since 1986, and has been teaching classes since 1999.
